If you have questions on a particular home or community, give us a call anytime as many listings can be incomplete – such as whether or not the waterfront home has or hasn’t fixed bridges? What about water depths or seawalls? Does the property back up to a shopping center or is it on a busy road? We will know, or will find out.

About Maria Cecile Intriago

Born in Quito, Ecuador, South America and moving to the U.S. as a child, Cecile is fluent in both English and Spanish; her language skills being particularly helpful with foreign national clients in the South Florida real estate markets. Cecile is a resident of Lighthouse Point, Florida, and has held an active Florida Real Estate License since 2001.

In addition to her proven real estate experience, Cecile has over 20 years in the finance business. Prior, Cecile spent 17 years with Eastern Airlines where she served in Operations and Sales, earning ‘Agent of the Month’ for Miami International Airport. Cecile was also a legal secretary at a prominent Dade county law firm and holds an Associate's Degree in Psychology.

Cecile’s real estate service MISSION is quite simple: To provide honest and Informative advice, broad expertise & unrivaled customer service. Keeping every client’s unique wishes and qualifications in mind, Cecile has earned the respect and gratitude of countless Buyers & Sellers and fellow Realtors with nearly 90% of her business being repeat or referral. Utilizing her extensive real estate experience, Cecile has helped all kinds of Buyers and Sellers; including modest to affluent single-family residences, multi-family, and commercial. Cecile’s ‘people skills’ and intuitive assistance often saving the real estate deal that without her able involvement simply would not have occurred.

Cecile and her partner, Charles Berkley, hosted their own real estate radio program ‘In the Know’; and with their combined 50+ years in the business, they have taught or spoken at various professional functions and have written a number of industry articles.

Personally, Cecile is Chair of The Local Advocacy Council (LAC), a volunteer organization under the direction of the Governor which monitors children’s day-care facilities, foster care and adult retirement/group homes.
